Whenever an incarnation descends on this earth, that incarnation carries some special signs which no one else can have. Even in earlier ages, whenever an incarnation appeared, false incarnations also emerged. To distinguish the true incarnation from the false ones, special marks and signs were given, because the true incarnation alone has the real purpose, the real play, and the real knowledge.

But this is the age of Kali Yuga, and in this age there is more competition to become God rather than becoming a true human being. Whether it is an ordinary person or so-called saints and preachers, they spread rumors of being incarnations and miracles through their followers. Innocent people fall into their traps because those who wear the robe of religion, no matter how underdeveloped their intellect, gain respect and are automatically assumed to be wise simply because of that robe.

This is why, if you look at many religious gurus, they neither understand their own religion properly, nor are they able to contribute anything truly new to society, nor can they destroy caste discrimination and the divisions of religion. This is when a true incarnation becomes necessary. But in Kali Yuga, recognizing the incarnation and supporting his divine mission is not an easy task. That is why there is no religion that has not described the signs of his coming, and no prophet who has not foretold about how to recognize him. It had already been written that in the end times many would rise in the name of being incarnations to mislead the people — and that is precisely what is happening.

People say that an incarnation will not have to declare that he is an incarnation. But just think: in Dwapara Yuga, even when Arjuna was given repeated proofs, he still did not fully recognize Krishna as the incarnation. And this is Kali Yuga, where so many self-proclaimed saints and religious leaders are already parading as incarnations, while their disciples proclaim them to others. So, who will truly accept the real incarnation, who will unite with him, and who will stand by him? For as many people stand with evil, that much is the strength of evil. And as many stand with truth, that much becomes the strength of truth. But today, everyone is entangled in falsehood.

When falsehood surrounds all sides, the world only sees sorrow, unrest, conflict, killings, and natural calamities — for all of which these robe-wearing pretenders are responsible. They themselves lack wisdom, yet they serve lies and entangle people further in illusion, building their personal empires. This is why so many descriptions and signs were given in the scriptures.

Now think — if an incarnation could only be identified through his deeds and powers, then what would be the purpose of all the prophecies and written descriptions across the world’s holy texts? The real problem is that people refuse to step out of fantasy, unable to break free from the countless illusions that God Himself created. That is why they can neither go to heaven, nor achieve liberation; for them, only hell remains.Because “the name of Ram is the eternal truth, and truth alone is the path.” But in order to speak truth, one must also know the truth. If everyone already knew the truth, then this would have been Satya Yuga — not Kali Yuga.
